Arrive at the airport to a warm greeting and an escort to your transfer to the hotel for the night, spend the rest of the morning at leisure. By early evening we head off to on a visit to the biodiversity study park in Thalawathugoda. This artificial wetland, on the outskirts of Colombo, is bordered by motor-able roads, which makes access easy for wildlife and nature enthusiasts.

After breakfast we proceed towards the Seethawaka Botanical Gardens. The gardens are not as well known as the hill country gardens and is situated in a picturesque location close to the town of Avissawella. The parks 79 acres is home to a variety of wet zone plant species that also include threatened and vulnerable endemic species of plants. Once you are done with the gardens we make our way to the city of Kandy and check in to our hotel.

After an early breakfast we head over to explore a traditional home garden found in one of the local villages. We make our way to the border of the Knuckles mountain range and the village of Heel Oya. This is an excellent opportunity to observe Sri Lankan village life, their ways of interacting with the forest and explore the traditional species that are grown in these home gardens. In the evening you are free to tour the city of Kandy or rest and Relax.
Overnight - Hotel Thilanka Kandy
After a spot of quick breakfast, we take a drive down to the Kandy railway station hop on board the train that will takes us up higher in to the hills. This stretch of rail road running through the mountains & valleys covered with tea plantations like green velvet is regarded one of the most picturesque one in the world. From the station we head over the famous Hakgala botanical gardens.
After lunch we visit Victoria Park, which was the research ground of Hakgala Garden. This is one of the country's best town parks located in Nuwara Eliya and closed to the Nanu Oya river. Victoria is popular for verity of flowers and watching rare birds.
We take a morning drive up to Liptons seat. This is the place Sri Lankan pioneer tea planter Thomas Lipton used to sit and contemplate his plantation with its stony landscape and green tea bushes.
Overnight - Olympus Plaza Hotel
From the hills we head down towards the dry zone and the city of Hambanthota. Once in Hambanthota we make our way to the dry zone botanical garden found in Mirijjawila. The Garden, about 300 acers in extent is reputed for its collection, dry zone plants, ornamental flowers, floral varieties and tree verities.
after we check into the Peacock beach Hotel where you are free to rest and relax on the beach.
After a hearty breakfast, we make our way to a private garden belonging to renowned architect Bevis Bawa.
After this experience we drive back to Colombo.
After breakfast, make your departure transfer to the Airport in time for the flight.
